Sap Fico Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement functional and technical changes to improve the timeliness and accuracy of business transactions.
• Validate and maintain data, mapping rules, and process flow for different business areas.
• Support SAP and Non-SAP applications based on clients' business needs.
• Support Finance areas related to G/L, AR, Fixed Assets, AP, Bank, Treasury, and Tax.
• Identify opportunities to fully leverage the strengths and capabilities of ECC (Fixed Assets, AP, Treasury) and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Analyzes and reviews requirements, work with technical and support teams to implement solutions.
• Understand SAP best practices and customize as needed.,
• Lead and Support projects related to SAP FICO module.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
• May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs, or technical developments).
• Provide support to FICO leads in implementing client projects.
• Document functional specifications for new and modified functions.
• Oversee ongoing integration of solutions to/from SAP ensuring the resolution of resulting issues
• Provide incident response to functional/transactional requests.
• Document solutions and take measures to prevent reoccurring issues.
• Work with business users and document the business processes.

Qualifications

• Airline experience preferred.
• Sense of initiative, self-discipline, and proactive thinking.
• 5-7 years experience with demonstrated SAP Functional knowledge.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving experience to deal with complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent working experience).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple items.
• This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the proper and effective use of SAP features.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, private edition, and cloud edition
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• S/4 HANA certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
• 5-7 years of experience.
