Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Lead Receptionist is responsible for overseeing operation of the reception desk and area. Acts as receptionist by receiving callers at establishment, determining the nature of business, and directing callers to destination by performing the following duties

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor fire alarms and dispatch 911.
• Responsible for petty cash, taking payments for misc. items.
• Makes guest room reservations.
• Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.
• Other HR and Administrative tasks as assigned
• May cash checks; sell stamps, bill residents for meal charges by entering data on computer system.
• Greet incoming visitors Screen visitors in lobby if unfamiliar. Keep track of keys to residents, employees and vendors.
• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
