Lead Product Designer - Fully Remote!

A San Francisco-based start-up that is building the next generation of AI-powered workflow tools is looking for a talented Senior/Lead Product Designer. They are growing out their product team and need a designer that can come in and lead the design of their new approval workflow product. It is highly preferred that candidates have experience with workflow builder or approval workflow products as well as AI/ML technologies.
Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with AI technologies
• Experience with approval workflows or workflow builders
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with other designers to create a cohesive design system
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements
• Iterate on designs based on feedback
• Lead the design of our AI-powered workflow tools
