Job Description

Responsibilities:


HYBRID Sunnyvale

UX Designer (50%):

  • Provide creative direction within your functional domain.
  • Lead design reviews and articulate design decisions.
  • Research and apply interaction design trends.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop UX deliverables: task flows, IA diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Solve complex user problems considering user needs, business goals, and tech constraints.

UI Developer (50%):

  • Excel in React.js, including state management and component lifecycles.
  • Work closely with UX designers to bring wireframes to life.
  • Prioritize speed, scalability, and code quality.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ES6, Flex/Grid layout.
  • Translate Figma wireframes into interactive React components.
  • Implement detailed and responsive UIs using React.js.
  • Create reusable UI components for consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on UX/UI excellence.
  • Expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • 5 years of UX design and UI development experience.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
  • Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
