What to Expect
The Lead, Global Training Analysis, oversees the formal intake process and project management of training initiatives within Tesla Energy. The incumbent will be accountable for preparing project roadmaps, prioritizing each line of business, conducting regular review meetings, and hosting business reviews. They will apply their strategic mindset to ensure training teams adhere to project milestones throughout the project life cycle, resulting in alignment, efficiency, and measurable improvements to new and existing programs. As the Lead, Global Training Analysis, you will be crucial in building relationships with key stakeholders to proactively identify gaps that training could solve. The position involves supporting high-visibility engineering and all new product initiatives that vastly impact Tesla Energy's success.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain project management dashboards and roadmaps relevant to various levels of leadership and key stakeholders
• Identify project/initiative KPIs and track progress to gauge the effectiveness of development practices
• Collaborate with the team to establish and scale project management practices across Energy Training, utilized across multiple geographies (NAM, EMEA, APAC)
• Demonstrate expertise in creating roadmaps in Jira and PowerPoint for stakeholder visibility
• Support workflow management, role governance, issue structure/metadata, and other functions within the project management tool
• Manage incoming training requests, prioritize them, and handle project management for a business division within Tesla Energy
• Host monthly stakeholder review meetings to prioritize new requests and provide project updates
• Gather feedback and develop process improvement recommendations for optimal training outcomes
• Develop and own the analysis process and complex workflows, planning across multiple delivery teams and against aggressive timelines
• Gather/curate qualitative and quantitative data to conduct a thorough training analysis
• Manage and drive strategic and process-focused initiatives that support Energy Training's infrastructure
• Prepare project sign-off for every project
• Develop business cases and justifications for training interventions that illustrate when training is or is not the appropriate solution to meet a business need

What You’ll Bring

• Exposure to JIRA project management platform
• 5+ years’ experience in an engineering or consultation role, preferably in the context of training
• Highly motivated, self-starter able to work autonomously and drive the work they own forward effectively
• Strong presentation skills to audiences comprised of all levels of leadership
• Skills in coaching, providing feedback, and motivating team members
• 3+ years’ experience in a project management role, PMP Certification preferred
• Compelling written and verbal communication skills
• Master’s Degree in engineering, project management, training, or a related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, training, or a related field required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment managing multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues simultaneously

Expected Compensation
$79,200 - $270,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
