Train and educate Global Installation Partner Network (new candidates and continuing education), including:

Develop and deliver comprehensive train-the-trainer programs for distribution partners on product features and installation requirements.

Provide training and education for Certified Installers, distributors, installers, and internal teams.

Support sales teams with product presentations and educational materials at both CI and Tesla-led consumer events.

Strong leadership and management skills

Participates on the center leadership and management teams and contributes to the overall management and leadership of the center

Strong knowledge of the professional development needs of the Head Start/Early Head Start and early care and education field

Supervise Directors and Sr. Manager in charge of training and technical assistance activities

Strong knowledge of CCDF and public Pre-K programming trends and regulations in states and territories

Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies

Minimum 15 years of experience in the haircare industry in an education management position

Support the development of service concepts within product initiatives in close cooperation with Brand Management / R&D / Field Education

Ensure development of product related education materials, in alignment with the responsible brand managers (education manuals, educator training aids)

Experience leading stylists and managing remotely

Coordinate input and information from all relevant members of Marketing, R&D, Sales and Education teams when developing educational material

Partner with VP Global Education & Field Education Directors to build out Education strategy to support sales goals by channel

3+ years’ experience in a project management role, PMP Certification preferred

Collaborate with the team to establish and scale project management practices across Energy Training, utilized across multiple geographies (NAM, EMEA, APAC)

Support workflow management, role governance, issue structure/metadata, and other functions within the project management tool

Manage incoming training requests, prioritize them, and handle project management for a business division within Tesla Energy

Build and maintain project management dashboards and roadmaps relevant to various levels of leadership and key stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, training, or a related field required

Experience using Learning Management Systems, Articulate, Camtasia Studio, Captivate, or Adobe Creative Cloud

Lead, manage, develop, and mentor a team of industry-leading learning and development professionals, including recruiting/hiring, development, and performance management

Own BlackLine's external-facing Learning Management System (LMS)

Optimize the team for operational excellence aligned to other BlackLine teams to create an integrated, exceptional customer experience

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience

History of building education programs in a high-growth SaaS environment
