Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and market development of U.S. companies’ energy storage products in the U.S. market;
2. Develop new business opportunities. Establish relationships with new and strategically important customers and build relationships with governments, project developers, utilities, EPCs, investors and other project stakeholders;
3. Increase revenue contribution from major East Coast utility scale and commercial and industrial markets.
4. Customer management. Including but not limited to customer acquisition, customer advising, relationship management, contract negotiation, general customer support;
5. Project management. Produce and maintain requirements to ensure timely, accurate, creation and submission of project requirements to meet customer and business requirements;
6. Business opportunity management. Produce and maintain records of business opportunities, contracts and development activities, and develop responsible regional strategies to ensure sales targets are met and improve the company's profitability;
7. Provide timely updates on sales activities, performance, market trends, project status and customer relationship issues to business-related departments and company management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, electrical major preferred, working language is English and Chinese, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, working in the United States;
2. Responsible for technical sales, business development, project development or project management related experience in the renewable energy industry or energy storage industry. Applicants with experience in battery energy storage systems are preferred. Those with new experience in photovoltaics, inverters/inverters, power supplies, electricity, etc. Applicants with work experience in energy-related industries will also be considered;
3. Able to adapt to independent long-term or frequent business trips to the United States;
4. Understand the U.S. photovoltaic, wind power, grid-level energy storage, and industrial and commercial energy storage related markets;
5. Have strong foreign-related business negotiation skills, be able to communicate directly with customers in English, have strong marketing concepts and service awareness, have strong sensitivity to the market, and have strong ability to discover and solve problems ;
6. Have communication skills with multi-regional cultural teams, be able to effectively manage interactions at all levels, have a big-picture perspective, be serious and responsible in work, have strong professional ethics, focus on results, pay attention to details, be self-motivated, and pursue excellence.
