Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Lead Confirmation and Booking Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for making daily routine calls to leads, confirming pricing details, and finalizing bookings. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate options and packages based on their requirements and preferences.
  • Confirm pricing details with potential customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline lead confirmation and booking processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct daily routine calls to leads generated through various channels.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all interactions, including customer preferences, special requests, and booking details.
  • Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and company policies to effectively address customer queries.
  • Engage with potential customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively conveying information about our products/services, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any post-booking inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide accurate information regarding leads, pricing, and booking status.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns or complaints diplomatically.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably involving phone-based interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of the industry, products, and services offered by the company.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage leads and track customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle high call volumes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
