Job Description

Learning Concierge (LC) will help customers plan and execute a Cloud Learning Plan, providing them with best practice advice, scheduling training and reporting on training consumption. They proactively manage a customers’ training investment through regular meetings and quarterly reviews. Once a training plan has been developed, Learning Coordinators take the lead ensuring customers get the most out of their training investment.

To be effective in this role, you must be comfortable with ambiguity, be a strong communicator with a bias for action and results, an agile and creative problem solver, and have the drive to always be ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage complex operations processes for purchased training with a customer-first approach, supporting tailored classes; ensuring that all deliveries are compliant and that project milestones are executed and approved in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Stakeholder management - manage internal and external stakeholder expectations with a proactive customer-first approach.
  • Engage with customer executives in quarterly business reviews to assess progress against cloud strategy roadmap and plan for subsequent quarters
  • Provide a single view into the customer’s training programs, acting as a primary focal point for learning program questions, ideas, and issues.
  • Lead regular meeting to help training projects stay on track towards set milestones, answer questions, and resolve identified issues

Preferred qualifications

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to use EQ , drive a project forward and develop relationships both internally and externally
  • Positive attitude with a can-do, customer first approach
  • Ability to use data to drive performance that impacts the customers experience and/or operational efficiencies.

Required Skills

Mandatory

  • Detail oriented, good understanding of the best quality customer service, very good written and verbal communication skills.

Desired

  • Project management, GSuite

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 - $83,000 per year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
