Working with us, you will:
- Prepare concepts, design development and graphic illustrations.
- Provide design concepts and design development packages for various project types and sizes
- Assist in developing and executing design concepts throughout construction documents
- Participate in collaborative studio design meetings.
- Work in collaborative integrated teams of professionals that include civil engineers, architects, building systems engineers, planners, transportation planners and environmental scientists.
- Observe construction of projects to ensure compliance to documentation, quality control and consultant/contractor coordination.
Technical Skills Required
- Basic understanding and technical proficiency in grading, hardscape, soils, plant materials, and construction detailing.
- In-depth knowledge of 3D Modeling (Sketch-Up/Rhino/Grasshopper), preferred. ArcGIS a plus.
- Ability to incorporate sustainability and resiliency concepts into overall site design concepts.
- Fluency in Autodesk Civil 3D(latest version) and entire Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid to Strong Hand Graphics.

Required Qualifications
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to think creatively with a thoughtful approach to problem solving.
- Strong 2D graphic and 3D modeling skills preferred coupled with conceptual critical design thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from accredited program.
- Interested candidates please submit a resume along with cover letter and portfolio with examples of built and unbuilt work.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.

- Master's degree preferred
