Landscape Design Representative Jobs

Strong organizational and management skills, with attention to detail.

Providing project management of projects including the management of consultants.

At least 7 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience with planning/design at the district scale, as well as the site scale.

Knowledge of sustainability and resilience systems and best practices at the district scale, as well as the site scale.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of 3D Modeling (Sketch-Up/Rhino/Grasshopper), preferred. ArcGIS a plus.

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Strong 2D graphic and 3D modeling skills preferred coupled with conceptual critical design thinking.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Prepare concepts, design development and graphic illustrations.

3+ years’ experience working as Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect.

3+ years’ experience working on residential projects.

Proficient with CAD, LMN and Dynascape experience is preferred.

Knowledge of Photoshop and Sketchup, 3D imaging

Knowledge of developing planting plans, grading plans, lighting plans, and construction details

Knowledge of costs and uses of construction materials

Excellent follow through and communication skills

Meet with Customer to define needs and gather data

Present customer with installation proposal

Remain actively involved in the entire sales process to assure customer satisfaction from initial contact through installation

Ability to create perspective sketches and plan view drawings

Understanding of the basic elements of landscape construction and plant materials
