3D Design & Product Development Lead - Women's Active

We are looking for a passionate 3D Design and Product Development Lead to join our team!

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Lead seasonal product development lifecycle for major private label customer

• Manage 3D garment creation from development to production

• Own the 3D CAD process, ensure information & garments stay up to date and keep team aware of changes

• Create & update detailed tech packs with construction, trim, and fabric components

• Communicate daily with factories to track sample developments

• Review/approve fabric qualities, lab dips, artwork, Datacolor submits

• Maintain fabric & color libraries in digital (fabric scans, QTX) and physical form

• Work cross-functionally as an ambassador between design, sales, tech design and production teams

• Attend fittings and update tech packs/communicate style changes

• Assist with market/trend research, competitive analysis, and design support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years' experience in product development or design, preferably in women's activewear

• Proficiency with Browzwear (Vstitcher/Lotta) highly desirable but not required

• Must be organized, self-motivated with attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good eye for color, expert color-matching skills

• Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop, flat sketch ability

• Microsoft Office/Excel skills

• Understanding of performance fabrics & garment construction

• Team player and a positive attitude a must!
