Temp - Design Coordinator

Overview:

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Design Coordinator to join the Runway Team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Simple hand-sewing projects
• Organize fit room
• Pick up/deliver samples to factories
• Assist in preparation of cut tickets
• Swatch fabric, lining, and trim options in midtown
• Assist in set up and maintenance of fabric and design boards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sample room and design ateliers preferred
• Fashion design background preferred

SALARY & BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER:

The compensation for this position ranges from $19-$20 (hourly). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
