Linon Home Decor Products Inc. is looking for a Showroom Design Manager to join our team!
We are an E-commerce based company that designs, imports, and distributes furniture to various retailers around the world. Our corporate office is located in Mineola, NY, with distribution centers in North Carolina and California.
Linon Home Decor Products Inc. has over 50 years of experience in the furniture design and distribution industry. We strive in craftsmanship, quality control, finishing, and timely delivery.
Respected candidate will plan/organize, manage, and attend all showroom events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand identity and support marketing initiatives.
- Create a merchandising plan to promote new products or services.
- Oversee all design aspects, wall color, props, wall art, rugs.
- Plan and manager showroom budgets
- Manage all sell-off of dropped samples from showroom.
- Ensure all customers receive a best-in-class experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and product availability throughout the showroom backgrounds.
- Manage all purchase orders and contracts with catering companies.
- Meet with clients to discuss design concepts and materials options.
- Hire and manage all temporary market employees and assistants.
- Manage ordering and movement of samples for the market, including sample tracking.
- Maintain showroom for cleanliness and neatness to ensure a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers, including but not limited to dusting, cleaning windows, taking out garbage. Responsible for taking the appropriate action and contacting those required to resolve showroom concerns. (i.e., product repair, electrical issues, plumbing needs, etc.)
Resected candidate will need to have strong interpersonal skills; they must be able to effectively communicate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Additionally, candidate will need to be a detail-oriented individual, with the ability to keep track of multiple projects at once while still meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
This position requires travel to all Linon Home Decor Products Inc. showrooms. Currently located in High Point, NC and Las Vegas, NV.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
