Job Description
Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffees & Teas and full service beverage programs, is seeking a Key Account Representative to support our C-Store coffee business. This is an opportunity for a creative sales professional to build relationships with our current customers through positive communication techniques including phone calls, emails and stopping by the customer to "check in". The Key Account Rep will need to develop a complete understanding of Ronnoco's products and equipment in order to provide exceptional customer service. This position does require travel by car including some overnights.


Responsibilities


  • Exceed customer expectations by acting proactively, professionally, and in a positive manner, and by resolving all customer complaints and issues
  • Track contact history with accounts and update CRM as necessary with notes and information on what was discussed
  • Provide product information and practical training to customers' personnel
  • Remain informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and pricing
  • Evaluate market trends, recommend products, and utilize sampling of products to meet customers' business goals
  • Track order history of accounts and contact those without orders within the past 90 days.
  • Provide exceptional customer service - answer questions based on products, equipment, pricing, and applications.
  • Contact accounts regularly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction Ronnoco's products and services
  • Foster existing customer relationships through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits
  • Prepare and deliver customer contracts, proposals, and presentations, and follow up with key decision makers


Qualifications


  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with all teams
  • Some professional sales experience a plus, including cold calling experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Team player
  • Must be able to pass drug test and physical
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to use database management systems or CRM to provide, organize, and track customer information
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Professional appearance and attitude
