Job Description

Mission:

Provide Account Management support for Beauty Specialist accounts, i.e., Ulta, Sephora, etc. Responsibilities include Promotional Planning (Scent, Print, Social, Digital, Events, Visuals, POGs, Sampling Campaigns, Launch planning, assist .COM Planning etc.) to achieve Retail and Gross Budget reporting to Key Account Director. Liaison with internal departments in gaining insights and promoting innovative ideas to further grow our brands. Key areas of expertise should include: planning, negotiation, strategic thinking and team playing.


Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with DMP team sharing monthly order flow projections by account
  • Liaison on advertising comps, ad proofs, and visual assets ensuring deadlines are being met
  • Liaison with E-COM on brand priorities, opportunities, and innovation to grow the business
  • Liaison with Education on training initiatives specific by account
  • Work with Sales Ops, CS, Finance, and DMP on new store openings
  • Work with Sales Ops on set up forms
  • Support Key Account Director in developing/growing the business:
  • Negotiate CO-AD Planning by tactic and provide programs for 5* Calendar Input and Side by Side Calendars
  • PUIG Pulse Recaps to Sales Ops and as needed updates to Field Team
  • Touch Base with Planners and Buyers as needed
  • Liaison on all Sampling Programs from planning to execution across internal departments
  • Assist Key Account Director with G2N Monitoring & Reconciliation and work with Sales Adm. for entries
  • Corporate Ranking Report Update
  • Liaison with Marketing on new ideas, brand focus, visual animations, launch strategies for all programming
  • Review and sign off on various contracts - Returns (RTV), Advertising (CO-AD), Markdowns (MDA), Visuals

Skills and Requirements:

  • Systems Experience Preferred: Planning reports, Vendor Portals, Sales Adm. Reports, BW, SAP, G2N, HQ SAP (“Cube”), IT raw data
  • Able to influence build trustworthy relationships with integrity
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Beauty Specialist retailer experience required
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • 10% travel required to local retail locations; 15% required for New York office visits; 75% work- from-home
  • 3+ years KAM industry experience

As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 - $105,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
