Job Description
We are seeking a Chemicals Manufacturing Specialist for a client in the Oil & Energy industry. As a leading independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, We are committed to providing outstanding recruitment solutions to satisfy the needs of clients with high-potential professionals possessing sophisticated skills from various industries. In this role, the Chemicals Manufacturing Specialist will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes within the chemical manufacturing plant while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and cost targets.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and improve plant performance
  • Train and mentor junior staff in the area of manufacturing processes
  • Oversea the manpower staffing strategy and development
  • Manage technology transfer initiatives to ensure successful scale-up from lab to commercial production
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and cost targets
  • Assess integration readiness across all LTC projects
  • Lead or coordinate continuous improvement projects
  • Analyze production data and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes in the chemical manufacturing plant
  • Monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, performance and establish control and establish Internal Assessment Procedures for the programs


Requirements


  • Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and cost targets
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes in the chemical manufacturing plant
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related. with 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, And Operational readiness
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
