Junior Supply Chain Analyst Jobs

Prepare weekly/monthly status reports/presentations for Management

0 – 2 years Experience in or exposure to Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting

Ability to present data to upper management in an organized and persuasive manner

Advanced skills in Excel, data software, Power BI a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Interact and collaborate with multi-functional internal teams to improve P&L Impact

Experience with Peoplesoft and/or SAP and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Experience with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word

Cleanse PIR data for correct UNSPSC. Validate that all plant data falls under a MRO code.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from accredited university

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance and/or Freight audit and pay processes

Experience, training, or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence tools & methodology

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Transportation Operations, Procurement, Finance, 4PL) to resolve freight audit and pay related issues

Proven strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work with external business partners

Intermediate proficiency in Excel to effectively analyze data, translate business requirements, and develop metrics and dashboards

Tableau, Power BI, or other equivalent data visualization systems experience

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.

Experience or coursework with ERP or inventory planning software packages,

Forecasting and Operations experience preferred

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

CPIM or CSCP certifications a plus.

Business knowledge of retail: inventory management, merchandising concepts and store operations, retail math

Prior experience in customer service or inventory management a plus

0-3 years of Project Management experience

Supply Chain planning, Retail, Marketing or Finance degree preferred.

0-3 years’ work experience in supply chain or e-commerce

Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, etc.), SAP a plus

Business knowledge of retail: inventory management, merchandising concepts and store operations, retail math

Prior experience in customer service or inventory management a plus

Partner with Inventory Management on all P.O blocks to release

0-3 years work experience in supply chain, retail or allocation

2+ years of experience in procurement, food systems and/or supply chain management

Manage the last-mile distribution of our ingredients to restaurants regionally, including vendor management and resolution of service problems

Conduct an inventory risk assessment and develop a SKU-specific risk management plan

Manage store communications on Supply Chain updates

Demonstrate strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills

Project Management & Presentation Skills training

Help as needed in the implementation of a new warehouse management system.

Must demonstrate autonomy and initiative in the way they manage their responsibilities and tasks.

Have knowledge of Microsoft Office
