About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Accountant to join our team in Austin. If you are a dynamic college graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable, possess a keen attention to detail, and have a willingness to contribute to the development of our Accounting Department, this role managing day-to-day accounting functions is for You.

Key Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Team oriented, able to work across teams and functions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide suggestions to the CFO as to various set-ups / improvements of the new accounting system for greater efficiency.
• Work together with the HR team regarding the seamless integration of payroll data into new accounting systems.
• Assist with the introduction of a new accounting platform, in particular the uploading / transfer of historic data as far as possible.
• Input of all payables in the banking system for release and approval.
• Seamlessly work together with fund accountants and coordinate where overlap may exist in system inputs.
• Input of all receivable and payable invoices in existing platform and later into new accounting system for approval.
