Our home retail client is looking for a Jr. Email/Web Designer to join their team!

This is a 40 hour/week, hybrid role with a few days per week required at their awesome Dallas office.

They're looking for someone who’s open to an internal agency model, working in pods, and exposure to different parts of creative, supporting the senior level designer and mix of design and production work and more templatized.

Duties:

• Updates to web banners, social media posts
• Designing print assets on an as needed basis
• Attending creative reviews and brainstorming sessions with the team
• Designing original digital assets such as emails and social media graphics
• Creating various versions and templates for email designs
• Managing multiple design projects at once and adhering to deadlines set forth by creative leaders
• Adhering to brand standards and getting files ready for development

Requirements:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3+ years' experience
• Adobe XD
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Office
• Portfolio showcasing email designs
• Experience in the retail space or home interiors a plus
