Skill requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint

• Excellent team relationship skills, "can do" attitude
• Understanding of print, web-based and interactive design principles, techniques and best practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent editing and quality review skills
• Strong aesthetic judgement
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient or willing to become proficient quickly in Adobe InDesign

Responsibilities include:

• In-office position (5 days in-office required)
• Design PowerPoint templates
• Finalized (Finalize instead of Finalized) client-facing pre-recorded presentations
• Provides miscellaneous administrative/sales support tasks as necessary
• Build and update electronic communication resources for clients
• Review materials to ensure accuracy
• Create communication materials (benefit guidebooks, flyers, etc.) for clients using a library of PowerPoint and InDesign templates, incorporating client specific customizations
• Manage high volume of work to meet client deadlines, particularly during cyclical periods
• Handle Request for Proposal responses for Sales staff using templated format
• Support internal staff’s communication needs such as presentation and document editing
• Manage in-office printing of documents

***Candidate selected for this role, will be required to go to the office in person to perform responsibilities***

Education and experience requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
• Knowledge of the employee benefit business is desirable but not required
