Skill requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Excellent team relationship skills, "can do" attitude
- Understanding of print, web-based and interactive design principles, techniques and best practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent editing and quality review skills
- Strong aesthetic judgement
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient or willing to become proficient quickly in Adobe InDesign
Responsibilities include:
- In-office position (5 days in-office required)
- Design PowerPoint templates
- Finalized (Finalize instead of Finalized) client-facing pre-recorded presentations
- Provides miscellaneous administrative/sales support tasks as necessary
- Build and update electronic communication resources for clients
- Review materials to ensure accuracy
- Create communication materials (benefit guidebooks, flyers, etc.) for clients using a library of PowerPoint and InDesign templates, incorporating client specific customizations
- Manage high volume of work to meet client deadlines, particularly during cyclical periods
- Handle Request for Proposal responses for Sales staff using templated format
- Support internal staff’s communication needs such as presentation and document editing
- Manage in-office printing of documents
***Candidate selected for this role, will be required to go to the office in person to perform responsibilities***
Education and experience requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Knowledge of the employee benefit business is desirable but not required
