Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a part-time Email Marketing Specialist to help us develop and manage our Klaviyo account. You will set up Flows, and monitor their performance and optimize them. Additionally, you will send regular Campaigns to our customers (both retail and wholesale).

We are looking for a long-term team member who will stay and grow at our company. We offer competitive compensation and a good work environment. This is a part-time role (estimated 10-20 hours a week, with some periods busier than others).

• Use tools to minimize bounce rates
• Maintain high email deliverability rate, as well as open rates, click rates and most importantly, sales
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices
• Create Klaviyo Flows for our Shopify sites. A/B test them, monitor performance and continuously optimize them for better performance
• Ensure that all emails sent out are on-brand and adhere to our style guide (colors, fonts, verbiage). Standardize any existing Flows to conform to our style guide
• Send out email marketing campaigns to advertise new arrivals, promotions and other events to both our retail as well as wholesale / B2B customers

• Ability to work with our team via email, Slack and Skype/Zoom. Highly preferred, but not required: experience with Airtable, Notion, Slack and Google Sheets
• Stable, trustworthy highly dependable. Ideally someone seeking a long-term relationship where we can both grow from the relationship
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or another platform that can be used to design your own graphics as needed; familiarity with web design and publishing
• Positive, kind and easy to work with
• Significant prior experience with Klaviyo required
• Excellent English skills
• High attention to detail, with meticulous proofreading of spelling, grammar and links
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
