Jr. Graphic Designer Jobs

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, specializing in UI/UX design and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing visually stunning designs that are both functional and user-friendly, as well as experience in developing photo and video content for social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from concept to completion, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Design graphics for marketing campaigns, social media channels, and websites
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design software to create visually appealing designs
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Google Suite for presentations and decks
• Utilize project management tools like Monday and Workfront to track progress and manage workflow
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices for content creation
• Comfortable working with templated designs, such as t-shirt designs, truck wraps, and ad templates
• Develop UI/UX solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency with brand guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in social media content creation, including photo and video editing
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
• Pay: $40,000-$45,000
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic design software
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on UI/UX design
• Passion for design and a desire to stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday and Workfront
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the auto dealership industry (retail, trade shows, etc.)
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CMS tools
• Experience in creating photo and video content for social media, including editing and post-production
