Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT support Helpdesk technician to work 100% remotely, to support our internal employee staff. You will be working in the fast-paced auto industry environment to support employees with their everyday technical issues.


Job Functions:


  • Directly interfacing with MSP style monitoring and maintenance dashboard to provide technical and remote support for end users.
  • Provide back up support and assistance to the IT Director, as needed
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technical issues to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Assists in resolving technical problems that are software or hardware related by providing guidance or resolution through a defined escalation process.
  • Responds to employee technical inquiries via email or through the ticketing system.


TBF Enterprises, Inc/Jupiter Warranty – Is a Professional Automotive Warranty Administration Services Company – Providing OEM Warranty administration for over 450 Auto Dealerships across the nation.


Requirements


We’re currently hiring people with experience in the following fields:


  • Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 deployment, administration, and management
  • Remote network troubleshooting and administration
  • 2 or more years of technical training in computer/network support preferred (Microsoft, A+)
  • VPN software configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco, Meraki, SonicWALL, FortiClient, Palo Alto, Sophos, etc.)
  • IT support for Auto Dealerships and knowledge of multiple DMS’s (Dealer Management Systems)
  • Remote desktop support for Microsoft Windows & Office Technologies (Desktop, Cloud)
  • A high level of English language proficiency, both spoken and written, is required
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Virtual Device administration and management (Microsoft Azure)
  • 3-5 years of technical and customer support experience (Auto Dealership IT support a plus)

  • Analytic and problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • US Citizen
  • Ability to present technical information in plain terms to non-technical users
  • Great attention to detail, especially when it comes to documentation and taking excellent notes
  • A passion for customer service and great ‘soft’ skills
