An innovative leader in shipment forwarding and merchant vessels is providing the opportunity for an IT HelpDesk Manager to take their leadership and strategic contributions to the next level- supporting the onsite Infrastructure team,leading IT initiatives, and making sure the Datacentre support is optimized..
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1.5 years+ experience as titled HelpDesk Manager
  • Overall knowledge of IT Support systems at Leadership level
  • Familiarity with Network Administration and IT Security
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience growing, hiring, training, and onboarding team
  • Strong leadership background while handling multiple projects
