IsI Enterprises is looking for an IT Engineer I to fill a key role focused on CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification), enabling our clients to meet federal regulation requirements via M365 and Security solutions by designing and maintaining both our internal and our client’s computer networks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in security and compliance solution sales scenarios through understanding the Client’s long and short-term strategy, the industry, and the competition as it relates to AzureGov, GCC, GCC High, and other relevant Microsoft technologies which have to do with a Client’s compliance with the CMMC and other federal regulation requirements.
• Participate in the mentorship of helpdesk and support technicians
• Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, Installation instructions, standard diagnostic processes) in the company knowledgebase
• Resolve support tickets escalated from the support department
• Resolve technical issues, to ensure that all parts of the technical design are correctly incorporated, to define the development tools and environment, to provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project and to synchronize retailer services linked to the selection and implementation of necessary technology.
• Meet with clients to discuss needs/requirements that need to be met and consult on the best path for completion of that solution.
• Assist in the configuration and deployment of hardened cloud solution environments (Office 365, Google Workspace, AWS)

Qualifications

• Be detail oriented
• An advanced understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise architectures, strong understanding of software engineering principles, profound knowledge of software and technology infrastructure, fine knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, and must be skillful in developing enterprise level software and infrastructure solutions.
• Be comfortable working directly with client users to complete taskings
• Possess a high level of leadership skills.
• Be comfortable working in groups to accomplish a singular goal
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent work or military experience
• CSP certification (Microsoft Certified Cloud Engineer), MSCE Certification, or equivalent

One or more of any of the following industry certifications desired:

• AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK)
• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
