It Technician Jobs

The City is looking for a talented, customer service oriented, adaptable technologist to fill an IT Technician position in the Employee and Technology Services Department.
What will this person do?

• Maintain computer systems, desktops, printers/scanners, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems, document solutions
• Provide customer service and technical support functions for the City's Information Systems (IS) communication systems, computers, and users
• Install, configure and repair computer hardware and software

What does this person need to be successful?

• Two (2) years of computer support experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others
• A desire to seek knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow
• A passion for the work; including, networked environments, peripheral devices, and web technologies
