Job Summary:

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role at Help at Home. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore as Senior Salesforce Administrator, you should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. You should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in Salesforce configuration changes. (e.g., Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports)
  • Understand the business challenges and opportunities of the organization and recommend improvements in systems and processes
  • Maintain proper documentation of processes, policies, and configurations made to the system in preparation for releases and upgrades
  • Maintain a robust understanding of Salesforce data, how users interact with it, and implement validation rules and automation to improve Salesforce data quality
  • Own all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules
  • Facilitate user adoption of new and existing functionality
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Salesforce engineering team to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features to improve current and planned projects impacting the Salesforce environment
  • Work on user support tickets, technical documentation and manage the sandbox environment
  • Diagnose Salesforce problems, develop fixes, ensure full quality assurance testing, and document solutions
  • S erve as a senior-level system administrator for the Salesforce application with 500+ users

Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of software development processes and best practices
  • Experience with agile scrum methodology and collaborating with product owners, engineers, UI designers, QA, and other cross-functionality groups
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data structures, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
  • Experience migrating data and customizations across the Salesforce environment
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and long-term maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

Education and Experience:
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
