We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic professional to handle all aspects of Salesforce from implementation and administration to daily maintenance and ongoing staff training. You will support both B2B and B2C use cases across multiple business units. You will join a high performing product development team utilizing Salesforce for internal and external business processes. We’re also looking for you to apply previous Salesforce design experience to proactively analyze and proliferate businesses' inner Salesforce functions. Guiding the team in planning, development and ensuring best practices will be part of your focus. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organization with a great group of people!

Requirements for this position include:

• Ongoing efforts toward additional Salesforce certifications.
• Continuous improvement mindset along with skills in process design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on partnering with business users from other departments to drive business results.
• Minimum one year of experience administering or developing Salesforce
• Equivalent to high school graduation and a 4-year college/university degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Strong ownership traits coupled with a service focus and influencing skills.
