Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced IT Support Engineers to join our team at Nor Data IT, a leading technical service provider. If you are passionate about technology and have a strong background in IT support, this is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configurations.
  • Perform desktop support tasks, including software installations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Participate in networking activities such as router installations, network troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues and ensure effective communication.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Conduct Windows migrations and ensure smooth transitions for users.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with router installations and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience with Windows migrations, installations, and desktop support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
