It Support Analyst Jobs

We are looking for a full-time IT Support Analyst to join our IT team.
The IT Support Analyst will support our offices in the Florida market. Candidates must have the ability to travel within our Florida footprint to meet office needs. Ideal candidates will reside in the Tampa area.

Responsibilities

• Support phone system and desk phones
• Support printers
• Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via remote link
• Managing multiple cases at one time
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
• Providing basic training on computer operation and management
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
• Testing and evaluating new technologies
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Manage users and groups in Office365
• Setup Accounts for new hires
• Resolving network issues
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
• Create knowledge articles to assist other IT team members
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Installing and configuring hardware and software and computer peripherals
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
• Identifying hardware and software solutions

About You

MUST HAVE:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
• Ability to travel within our Florida footprint to meet office needs. Some overnight travel required
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 2 years of IT technical support experience
• Love to help people with IT problems
• Good written and verbal communication
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Proficiency in Windows

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in Healthcare IT
• Server experience a plus
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Prior experience in Dental IT support a plus
• Network experience a plus
• Certification in Microsoft or Cisco
