Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

Under direct supervision, assists clients in the use of computer hardware, software, and
network services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to work effectively with clients; to solve technical problems.
• Working knowledge of two applicable software products.
• Skill in operating supported computers and peripherals.

Preferences:

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to work effectively with clients; to solve technical problems.
• Working knowledge of two applicable software products.
• Knowledge of MySQL, SQL, ASP.Net / VB.Net is preferred, but not required.
• Skill in operating supported computers and peripherals.
