Job Title: IT Recruiter / Sr.IT Recruiter

Exp: 0 - 5 years

Location - Hyderabad

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Education- Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Roles & Responsibility for IT Recruiter: Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
  • Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
  • Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities
  • Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
