Job Description

Responsibilities

§ Assist in the execution of key investor relations and client service initiatives including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers

§ Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions

§ Assist in implementing standardized client service protocols across the firm to provide a high-quality, consistent investor experience

§ Communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear, and professional fashion

§ Own the coordination and preparation of investor reports, presentations, and communications
