We are representing an Investor Services Associate opportunity with a premier NYC based Alternative Asset Manager. The firm specializes in various strategies including in Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, Residential Opportunities, etc. This person will join a 10 person marketing/fundraising support team. This team focuses on creating fundraising materials, pitchbooks, and DDQs/RFPs.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Utilize the firm’s tools and databases as well as collaborate with teams across the organization to craft well positioned and customized responses
• Review extensive data and synthesize into concise and relevant points
• Write tailored, persuasive, and high-quality responses to RFPs to support the firm’s global fundraising effort
• Complete monthly or quarterly recurring DDQs and RFPs for existing investors
• Contribute to a structured and organized RFP process that incorporates stakeholder inputs and strict deadlines
• Develop a strong knowledge of the firm’s strategies, investment approach and operational/support functions to effectively respond to prospective investor requests
• Manage investor requests for information as part of the fundraising process
• Proactively finding ways to improve processes within the marketing team as needed
• Partner with product management and investment teams to market funds and firm strategies
• Create fundraising materials including client presentations that incorporate investment analytics
• Research competitors and their fundraising efforts and share key points with capital formation team
