Investor Relations - Associate (Pe & Credit)

About Our Client

We are working with a leading global alternative investment manager who are looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate into their established IR team. Our client is a leading, global investor in the credit & private equity markets.

This position is an important part of the Investor Relations / Client Service group and will have a heavy emphasis on documentation, reporting, and assisting with investor inquiries. The Candidate is responsible for providing institutional quality responses to existing and prospective client inquiries. The role is to support existing investor relations and client servicing efforts for coverage of all client types ranging from institutional to high net worth across the firms product suite.

Responsibilities Include:

• Guide investors through fund due diligence processes, including completing diligence requests (i.e. DDQs, RFPs, RFIs), handling relevant follow-up, coordinating investment and operational due diligence meetings and liaising with various teams within the organization

• Assist in preparation of investor-related marketing materials, as well as ongoing investor updates and client deliverables (including distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual client communications for all funds)

• Manage the department’s centralized phone and email box and ensure the delivery of institutional client service and support

• Where relevant, participate in update meetings and calls with investors

• Coordinate with various internal teams across the organisation including Finance, Legal, Investment and Marketing

Candidate Requirement:

• 1-3 years in client services/investor relations/operations at an alternative asset manager, fund administrator or related organization, preferably within structured products space

• Experienced bankers from top tier institutions will be considered.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with teams, ability to quickly grasp new products

• Ability and desire to work in a dynamic and demanding environment

• Strong ability in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
