As an Angel Investor and Strategic Partner at BROKAZY GLOBAL GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in our journey towards success. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founding team, contribute your expertise, and guide the company's growth strategy. We are seeking an angel investor who is not only financially invested but also passionate about our mission, vision, and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

1.Investment and Financial Support:

• Provide financial support through capital investment, aligning with the company's funding needs.
• Assist in shaping the company's financial structure and optimizing capital allocation.
• Engage in strategic financial planning and offer insights into funding rounds and investment strategies.

2.Strategic Guidance:

• Offer insights on scaling operations, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Help identify potential growth areas and provide recommendations for product and service enhancements.
• Act as a strategic advisor, leveraging your industry knowledge and expertise to provide guidance on market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

3.Network and Relationship Building:

• Act as a brand ambassador for BROKAZY, promoting our vision and value proposition to potential stakeholders.
• Leverage your extensive professional network to connect BROKAZY with key stakeholders, potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Support business development efforts by facilitating introductions and fostering strategic relationships.

4.Mentoring and Support:

• Offer strategic advice on team development, organizational structure, and culture.
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts by referring high-caliber individuals for key positions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the founding team and key executives, sharing your expertise and industry insights.
