Customer Relationship Specialist Jobs

Exante Data services the world's most sophisticated market participants and is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist who can provide an exceptional service experience to our clients. The primary responsibilities will be to support our client onboarding process and assist in managing all relationships in coordination with our team of experts. We are a team of professionals located around the globe who work remotely and collaboratively to provide world class service. This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor during all correspondence. All tasks are time sensitive and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Our business is expanding and there is great opportunity to grow this role to full time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning company events

For NYC job applicants: The base annual salary range is 65K. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications and location.
