Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at XPR Soft, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our use of Salesforce to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce enhancements. Your insights and recommendations will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable Salesforce requirements.

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.

- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.

- Work closely with developers and technical teams to communicate requirements and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

- Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce features and updates.

- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new releases, and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.

- Assist in data migration, integration, and data quality initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably 5 years of hands-on experience.

- Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

- Proficiency in documenting business requirements, process flows, and solution designs using industry-standard tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
