R. H. Foster Energy LLC is seeking a Installation Coordinator to provide support to the Service Department through maximizing efficiency of the Service Installation Schedule.
Responsibilities
Monitor scheduling efficiencies.
Ensure a high level of productivity.
Manages Billing Flow to ensure we invoice upon completion of all installations performed.
Conflict resolution with customers and staff
Maintain installation schedule for technicians.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
Assign and monitor clerical functions for accuracy.
Accounts payable, coding of all payables to ensure proper accounting of expenses.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
