Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Due to our continued growth and success, our team is looking for an Installation Manager to ensure our project managers and installers are providing white glove customer service and quality work for our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Recognize situations that could impact customer expectations, job costs, and/or code performance and provide alternatives solutions that are needed to improve the business
  • Respond to escalated customer issues and perform job site visits as needed to create paths to resolution
  • Supervise project managers and installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards
  • Oversee the entire installation department for their given region
  • Lead your employees to outstanding performance through consistent coaching and feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
  • Excel at delivering for customers
  • Ability to quickly and competently handle one-off situations
  • Previous home improvement experience
  • Ability to exist and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Creating a sense of urgency with field crews
  • Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in leadership role
