In this position you will be managing our technicians' schedules to conduct service calls in the most efficient manner possible to maximize time and profitability. The ability to think quickly, adapt to and implement changes to schedule, communicate those changes to all parties affected, while maintaining an upbeat and professional attitude is required. Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 Depending on Experience plus applicable bonus

Position Summary: Manage service technician daily schedules including changes which happen throughout the day. Respond to inbound calls from clients, understanding the needs and correctly and effectively scheduling work orders. Review technician paperwork for accuracy. Communicate effectively with managers, techs, and customers. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. In off-season assist with lead generation for service by making outbound calls to current clients. Assisting team with process of extended warranty parts, materials and repair claims.

Work Hours: Initial schedule will be 9a - 6p. However employees must be able to work 7a - 4p, 8a - 5p, and 9a - 6p as the schedule may change depending on season and needs. Must be available to work a Saturday rotation every 3-4 weeks. There is also a requirement to participate in after hour phone coverage where you will be given a company phone to take home to deal with emergency calls. There is a rotation for this. Compensation is provided when you are on call .

Required Qualifications

• Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!
• Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
• Ability to manage a multiple line phone system. Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience required
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in HVAC or similar trade preferred.
