Wendi, an AI digital assistant for the healthcare market, is in search of a multi-talented, Inside Sales Representative who can present, manage, and win business. Based out of Los Angeles, California, Wendi is experiencing fast paced growth thanks to its innovative and feature rich products that fill immediate needs in the healthcare industry. We are looking for a hungry, disciplined, driven and organized person who is looking to drive both personal and professional growth.
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities, deliver customer demos and drive personal and company growth. You’ll start working with inbound leads generated from campaigns generated by our marketing department as well as outbound leads hunted and cultivated yourself. You'll manage your book of business from demo to close. You must have a demonstrated record for hunting and winning business and quota achievement. You are a self-starter who is relentlessly disciplined with time management, and comfortable in an agile, changing and lightly structed start up enviornment. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience selling to specialty healthcare practices
- Bachelor's degree
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient in managing multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with Gsuite and HubSpot
- Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity
- A strong track record of prospecting leads, closing deals, and exceeding quota
- Highly motivated, professional, and hard working
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with using HubSpot
- 5+ years’ experience selling software products/solutions in B2B environment, preferably in the healthcare technology space.
- Experience selling software to specialty healthcare practices
- Cloud and SaaS experience a plus.
- Experience in early start up sales development
- Foundational knowledge of healthcare operations
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with new customers and represent Wendi professionally through sales process
- Execute customized presentations/demonstrations via Google Meet/Zoom
- Help to build out and drive sales pipeline with the support of the Product and Marketing Team
- Meet or exceed quota
- Employ Wendi’s sales process to drive prospects from initial lead, qualification, build business value, through to contract closure.
