Overview: EagleView is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Insurance Sales group.
The ISR is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. The ISR will coordinate with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities, reach out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. A successful ISR selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets; they will look to develop connections with customers and may conduct field visits. Additionally, the ISR may participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales representatives to conduct sales discovery calls
- Log and track outbound efforts using available tools: Salesforce, Outreach, etc.
- Source new sales opportunities within existing customer base and prospects, as well as through lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Build effective relationships with Enterprise Sales Reps, Customer Success Managers and Marketing
- Understand insurance carrier needs, requirements and industry dynamics
- Intimately know the culture of your region, i.e., local market trends, pricing, opportunities, weather patterns, etc.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Preferred Experience:
- Excellent communicator with sleuth-like discovery skills, active listening skills and a knack for easily connecting with people
- Fast thinker with an ability to challenge customers to try something new
- 0-2 years’ of successful inside sales experience
- Energetic and positive person who is motivated, driven to succeed and deliver results
The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a full-time remote position with a base compensation of $19.23 - $21.63/Hour and comission eligible targeted at $20,000, based on experience. We want to reward your hard work, so our commissions are uncapped. For candidates based out of Bellevue, WA or Rochester, NY, minimal office hours would be required x1 (once) a week for meetings and team-engagement events.
