Administrative Assistant for the PVI Sales Department.
Principal Responsibilities And Duties

• Answer the Sales line and PVI’s Main Switchboard as needed
• Generate new rep contracts with territory list. Complete tasks on the check lists for new reps and terminated reps.
• Prepare and distribute the PVI Submittal Report monthly to the PVI Leadership Team;
• Extract sales data from Epicor and Universe and report business performance by representative, product, market/segment, and channel
• Maintain the list of rep territories by county and zip
• Train and support reps in completing their portions of the PVI Submittal Report.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory, creating Epicor PO’s, and ordering items
• Maintain Rep’s Customer records in Epicor by updating quotas annually, and entering address changes
• Maintain a map of rep territories in MapLine.
• Update the Top Ten Representative report monthly
• Update and maintain documents on the PVI website.
• Cross train on order entry procedures and back-up Sales Orders as needed
• Learn PVI products to back-up inside sales team as needed.

• High school diploma and some college level courses

Experience And Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced office environment
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to process and analyze data using Microsoft Excel formulas, Pivot tables, charts, etc.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
