Fashion/Beauty Influencer Marketing Coordinator

The Job

Palm seeks a marketing coordinator to assist with our ongoing influencer marketing efforts and day-to-day operations. The role will primarily support the campaign management tasks for a large-scale fashion/beauty partnership. Initially your main responsibility will be sourcing for new influencers that fit the aesthetics and requirements for the partnership, and outreach to recruit new influencers. In the future, you will be able to take on a fuller-scope of the project including onboarding, fostering community amongst creators. You will work closely with the CEO of Palm, and will play a pivotal role in assisting with critical admin tasks and campaign duties.

Responsibilities include…

• Sourcing influencers best fit for our clients and reviewing influencer applications
• Providing strong email support to our influencer community and answering technical or campaign-related questions
• Assisting in day-to-day campaign workflow tasks like writing emails to influencers, organizing documents for purpose of project management, and creating spreadsheets when necessary
• Act as point of contact for our community of influencers, and serve as their resource and guide throughout the campaign process each month

This position is a contract role with potential to hire longterm, and is fully remote.

The Essentials

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of writing effective and friendly customer-facing correspondence
• 1+ years of professional working experience in coordinator or assistant role
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with excellent problem solving skills
• A keen eye with an attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• An interest in fashion and beauty, consumer marketing, brands, content creation is ideal
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
• Proficiency with technology and spreadsheets - Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, VLOOKUPS
• Proficient with technology; able to learn new platforms quickly
