Responsibilities
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and recommend strategies to improve employee retention and performance
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related issues and resolve employee grievances and conflicts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Work with managers to create and manage employee development plans and ensure that employees receive training and coaching to enhance their skills
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Manage the HR budget and ensure that expenses are within budget
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS systems
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
