Job Description
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Generalist, Human Resources to join our team. As a key contributor, you will support the implementation of human resource policies and programs, ensuring they align with our corporate objectives and legal requirements. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
Administer and execute various human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on employment-related matters, referring complex issues to the appropriate channels.
Conduct objective investigations and contribute to effective conflict resolution.
Provide valuable performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource records and files.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal changes related to human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Overall company performance, including revenue and EBITDA.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
At least one year of human resource management experience (preferred).
SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
