In this Direct Hire, 100% Remote, HRIS Analyst role, you will support and maintain the SAP Success Factors system as well as other related systems for the Talent & Culture function. This role will serve as the technical contact, assisting Subject Matter Experts and Business Process Owners, with data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. In addition, this role will also support system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects.

Location: 100% Remote, must be based in the US.
Salary: $70K-$85K DOE, with annual 8% bonus potential
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, OR 4 years’ HRIS experience
- Experience working with performance management tools, both automated (Success Factor) and manual
- Experience with HRIS Systems, such as SAP Success Factors, PeopleSoft, ADP EV2, as well as implementation
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
- Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as project management and consulting
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to compile, analyze, and present meaningful data
- 1+ years of experience with Project Management
- 3+ years of experience with HRIS or HR Generalist with hands on experience in using HRIS to prepare the following reports: Head Count, safety, turnover, absenteeism, payroll cost, or related reports
