A leading regional healthcare provider seeks an experienced HRIS Admin to join the team onsite in Fayetteville to help administer their new Workday instance, & is looking for mastery of the core HCM & Recruitment modules, alongside Advanced Reporting. In return, they offer a base salary commensurate with experience, benefits, a sign-on bonus & relocation assistance reimbursement

You will administer the firm's Workday tenant, and act as an SME for Workday within the business to guide them on best practices & to help them get the best out of the platform.

This position needs:

• Able to relocate to Fayetteville, North Carolina
• Experience creating advanced, composite, matrix & trending reports & dashboards within Workday
• Detail-driven & highly organized nature - focused on clear communication & excellent organizational skills against competing priorities & meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to understand the business & help promote Workday within the business to help drive progress
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders & building lasting relationships across the firm
• 4+ years of Workday experience
• Expertise in the HCM & Recruitment modules of Workday
• Ability to work onsite 4/5 days a week in Fayetteville
